We are developing IS38 ball bearing CHRA Turbo. The stock / OE IS38 turbo 06K145722H 06K145722A is journal bearing type, to convert it to ball bearing, we have to open a new bearing housing mold / tooling. We designed it to fit our own ceramic ball bearing system, we also enlarge the water runner to increase the cooling efficiency because IS38 ball bearing turbos are usually apllied for performance. The mold of our IS38 ball bearing housing is finished now and we are going to cast the bearing housing, welcome to follow us if you are interested.
